Setup
Setup will begin at 1:00 pm at College of Saint Mary – Lied Fitness Center Fieldhouse on Thursday, March 13th (The day before the event). Please arrive as close to 1:00 pm as possible, as unloading the trailer will be a large task, and many hands make light work. Please don’t worry if you can’t and need to arrive later. We should be hopefully be done with setup around 6 pm. If you need to leave early, that is also fine.
Since we are starting to set up mid-afternoon, we are not planning on having food available. We will have a cooler of water bottles.
At this venue, we will have to set up tables. I recommend bringing a pair of work gloves, as it helps carry certain items. No worries if you don’t, as we have a few spares.
If you help with setup on Thursday, I’ll give you a secret cheat code that will allow you early entry into the event on Friday at 5 pm This way, you can set up your gaming gear early and before the rush when doors open. You may not set up your gear any earlier than this time (this includes Thursday). Please try to arrive closer to 5 pm before a large line is waiting at the door.
Teardown
Teardown and load-up will begin at 9 pm on Saturday, March 15th. We should be done by 10:30 pm. If you can, we need a lot of help here. Many people leave right when the event ends, making teardown a huge burden on the NETWAR admins.

Here are directions to the venue.
Unsure What To Do
If you are unsure what to do during the setup and/or teardown, ask one of the NETWAR Admins (photos and names). If all else fails, ask Travis, aka “Curium”.
