What is this NETWAR thing?

NETWAR is a LAN party event run by Crucial Gaming Servers, Inc. Our goal is to organize and host very large LAN (Local Area Network) parties with many gamers at least 3-4 times a year in the Omaha, Nebraska area. Gamers bring their computers and show up to play multiplayer computer games for many hours straight, while having a fun time and meeting other fellow gamers. Anyone who enjoys playing computer games can attend, there is no age or gaming skill restriction. NETWAR caters for both the competitive gamer who likes to play in tournaments to win big prizes and we cater to the hobbyist gamer who just enjoys playing his favorite video games for fun with a bunch of other gamers while having the chance to win big prizes in our door prize raffles.

Why would you want to do this?

Local Area Networks(LAN's) greatly reduce lag and everyone has a great connection. You will play with real people, instead of sitting in front of a monitor all by yourself. You can meet a bunch of other gaming enthusiasts, socialize, or finally meet up with that faceless name you play with/against on the Internet.

What will I see or do there?

You will be in a room with many computers and gamers playing various games. You will be able to meet other computer gaming enthusiasts. As well as, play in tournaments and win tournament prizes! You will also be able to win door prizes just for attending.
