* -Tournament Teams consist of clans or pugs. If you are in a clan you can play together as a team in a tournament at the event. If you are not in a clan you can easily join a throw together team or get picked up to play for a short handed team. This will be done at the event a little bit before the tournament starts.
To join a tournament all that is required is to be at the event before that particular tournament starts and register for it on our Intranet site at the event.
* - Playing in tournaments at the event is NOT required, you can choose to just free play for the entire event if you so desire.

Spontaneous Tournaments is a tournament that is exactly that, it is started spontaneously during the event, it is not a scheduled tournament and It can be any game with any rules that players want to have. All that needs to be done is an attendee to come up to the admin tables and say "I want (insert game name here) tournament", and we will set you up with a tournament for that game and do an announcement.
